How interstate jobs work
Planned trips, not flying visits
Our factory is in Mornington, Victoria, so South Australian work is planned. We group inspections into trips to SA. When you contact us, we take your details and photos and let you know when we will next be inspecting near you.
At the inspection we assess your pool in person and then send you a written Pool Condition Report. If you go ahead, we book a start date and the crew travels over and stays nearby for the job. Travel and accommodation are built into your fixed written price.
Because we come from interstate, the report has to be thorough. It covers the scope of works, any repairs, groundwater handling and the timeline, so there are no surprises once the crew arrives.

Payment terms
20% deposit (minimum $500), 40% at start, 40% on completion. Finance.

Is travel included in the price?
Yes. Travel and accommodation for the crew are built into the fixed written price in your Pool Condition Report. Interstate jobs can cost more for this reason, but you know the full price before you book.
Can you resurface a fibreglass pool with brown patches?
Yes. Brown patches usually mean the gelcoat is worn through to bare fibreglass, which lets water in and creates an osmosis risk. We repair the damage and resurface the pool. It costs more the longer it is left.
